Where we deliver

We deliver to most pincodes across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Shipping charges

FREE delivery on every order, with no minimum order value. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after we confirm them with you.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–7 working days to other towns.
Remote areas, festivals, heavy rain and courier delays can add a few days. We will keep you updated.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before we dispatch it. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel the order.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

When your parcel arrives

Do not accept a parcel that is visibly torn, crushed or tampered with. Refuse it and tell us.
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund policy for details.
