1. About us

This website is operated by Smart Nest ("we", "us", "our"), based in Vadakara, Kerala, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

  • We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not yet acceptance of the order.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, the address cannot be delivered to, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders we may call or message you to confirm before dispatch.

4. Payment

You can pay online through our payment partners or choose Cash on Delivery where available. We do not store your card or bank details.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Using the website

Please do not misuse this website, try to break its security, or use its content (text, photos, logos) without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products should be used as described. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it was posted.
