How to use

Charge fully before first use. Place on clean, dry skin on the back of your neck or shoulder. Start at the lowest level and increase slowly only while comfortable. Press M to change mode.

Important safety guidance

Not for pregnant women, children, or people with a pacemaker, heart condition or epilepsy. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, or on the front of the neck, head or chest. Always start at the lowest level. See a doctor for pain that does not go away.
