Cover half-used bowls and cut fruit without hunting for a lid or a plate. These silicone lids stretch over bowls, steel dabbas, mugs and even half a watermelon, and grip the rim so food stays covered in the fridge. Set of 6 sizes, from mug-sized to big-bowl sized. How to use

1. Pick a lid a little smaller than the rim of your bowl.
2. Hold the tabs, stretch it over the rim and smooth it down so it grips all round.
3. In the microwave, lift one edge so steam can escape.

Good to know

• 6 lids in 6 sizes. The smallest fits a mug or jar, the largest a wide serving bowl.
• Material: stretchable silicone. Colour may be clear or light blue, depending on stock.
• Works best on smooth rims of steel, glass, ceramic and plastic. Not for sharp or chipped rims, which can tear the silicone.
• Not for a gas flame, tawa or oven. Let very hot food cool a little before stretching a lid on.
• Wash with soap and water and let them dry.
